Solution: Smart QR Document Page Per Product
With TümQR, a custom digital document page was created for each product. Customers who scan the QR code on the product or in the shipment instantly access the current technical documents, certificates and service request form for that product.
Aytan Teknoloji can update documents from the dashboard; when a new certificate is uploaded, all printed QR codes automatically point to the new document. There has been no system downtime in 4 years.
