The operator fills in the form on site, forms are collected, then later entered into the system or stored in folders. This structure causes problems such as incomplete forms, late data entry, unauthorized intervention, and inability to access historical records. During audits, finding documents takes time and there is no digital trail.
The Solution
TümQR creates a unique QR code for each production order, product, or operation point. Personnel scan the QR code to open the quality form appropriate to their authorization. The form is filled out digitally on site and the record is instantly entered into the system.
